“Any Day Now”
Just swung by a Fido store in downtown Toronto to get a first-hand look at the iPhone phenomena.
The good news: there was a sign on window - “iPhone Sold Out”, which means demand was brisk and/or the store didn’t get a lot of inventory. I suspect the latter.
The bad news: When I asked a salesman about when the iPhone would be available, he said “Any day now”. If that doesn’t inspire excitement among your potential customers, nothing will.
For what’s worth - and I know some of you are counting - this is the 17th post in the last month that I’ve done mentioning the iPhone. I promise to go on an iPhone fast starting…now.
For you new iPhone owners, if you’ve got an iPod Touch that you’re looking to turf, let me know.
